YES On Leash
From City website: Dogs are allowed off-leash on designated portions of the trail within Riverview park on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only. Dogs must be on a leash and under control in all other areas of the park. City code requires owners to clean up after their pets! A dispenser/waste receptacle near the kiosk provides dog owners with plastic waste removal bags for this purpose.
