It's a huge park! Great dog park. Lewis & Clarke exhibits, including a reproduction of their boat. Lots of trails and along the river. The Tree Stewards have planted many trees that are identified. So many things to do but lovely nature, too.

Met here for a first date had a great time went for a walk down the trails amazing views docile wildlife walked less than six feet past a grazing doe first time here had a wonderful experience right next to the river will return for more water related activities.

Always a good time. Alot more people are using the river now. Has shelters has baseball field, soccer field, tennis courts

It is the best park. You can Walk, picnic and there's a river for dogs and people. Love it 💕

Right now the shelters are first come first serve: Parks & Rec: Phase 3 Modifications All Albemarle County Parks are open! Go out and enjoy our trail/blueway systems. All playgrounds are open, and all shelters are “first come, first serve” (no reservations) 08/06/2020 11:24 AM
