Really nice bike trails along the river. There are alot of people that go to this park so choose when you go wisely.

Well maintained. Beautiful. Not too busy during the weekday. Extensive seating and playground equipment for children. Paved flat path running along the river and a small boat launch(canoes and kayaks ect.)

Good trails for family Walk. Easy for everyone. River views are ok. River access is easy at several places.

Nice little park with easy access to the Rivanna Trail. There are outhouses at the parking area which is convenient. Nice places to stop along the river to swim, one spot even had a rope swing.
