I was expecting much less as the price was inexpensive. We got a beautiful room with a king sized bed, a huge fireplace, a sofa and chair, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and TV. We had all the comforts of home and felt very much at home there. There were multiple seating areas outside and one had a fire pit. The proprietor was very friendly and accomodating.

Got there a little late last Friday and Joe and his wife were able to put us up for a night. They both couldn't be nicer and the room was very comfy. It will be worth your while to seek this place out

Rooms and beds are great! Stay there 10days every summer; always comfortable and Joe is an exceptional host. Walk across the street for great breakfast and lunch. Short drive to super Italian dinners near the golf course: Stewarts in walking distance for anything else you might need. Ample parking for vehicles and boat trailers.
