With the extreme heavy rains we experienced in the area over the last few months, we had to utilize the services of SERVPRO twice for our flooded basement. Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
