Brady and Carlos are just wonderful! They are the only person I will bring my car to! They are honest, VERY good at what they do and affordable! I highly recommend them!!!

Brady & Carlos were class act. Gave me an upfront & realistic evaluation of my car that had been sitting for a year. Reminds me of where I come from, the country, where people actually care about helping others & doing fair/honest work. They also went above & beyond for me and didn't have to do that. I appreciate their courtesy, work & advice.

I have been putting off going to the mechanic because I bought an '09 Subaru "lemon" from a used car dealership in Vancouver and have had nothing but problems with it and didn't want to know how bad they were. Finally because their reviews are so great and they specialize in Subaru's, I called. From the get go the owner treated me like I was intelligent (I was feeling like that was debatable at this point in the car saga) and like he had all the time in the world to hear my story. At first he couldn't get me in until the following week, and then he suggested I just bring it down for a code read so he could know more what he would need to do next week. When I got there it read many many catastrophic codes and he gently told me it wasn't something they would fix and would be more expensive than the value of the car and gave me suggestions for where to take it. We discussed my options at length and then he decided to check something else, popped my hood, refilled my very empty oil reservoir and gave me step by step instructions on how (together) we were going to watch and diagnose my car over the next 3,000 miles with 500 mile check ins at their shop. Cross your fingers for me, but regardless I am beyond grateful I called and went down. I will be sending any and all work to them and when I have to buy a new car, I will be getting a pre purchase inspection from them! Impressed with their knowledge, their thoroughness, their honesty and their pricing.

I’m not a review kind of guy, as I think they’re too often for people who need therapy about a bad meal experience. But, I felt the moral obligation to say thanks to Import Repair Center for an all around honest experience fixing my Outback. There’s a reason this repair shop gets a lot of five star reviews. Brady and Carlos are honest and hard working mechanics. They deserve the credit and recognition, so I write this review as a way of saying: thank you. There needs to be more repair shops that make you walk away with a good feeling. This is one of those gems. Brady gave me an honest quote, Carlos did the repair quickly, and they even showed me all the fixes completed on the vehicle. IRC is really built on the back of two honest mechanics. Thanks again fellas. It’s nice to have a local mechanic I can trust. Mic drop, Ryan T.

Is this place still around? I've tried calling five or six times and always get a voicemail (the number on the voicemail was not the number listed/the one I called).

It is open to my knowledge, the owner forwards the business phone to his personal cell that's why it's a different number.
