This studio used to have a nice manager and very good photographer. However, the store recently changed the manager and it becomes a hassle to book an appointment. The current manager would try to change your schedule, or would cancel your appointment if you come late. In May, we booked an appointment at 11:30 am but we came late. We were literally at the studio 11:45 am and they refused the service because the appointment was cancelled as we came late. This time July, we scheduled at 12:15 pm so that we can make it, the manager called us and wanted us to move to 11:30 am with the reason that he wanted to have more time for us; and if we keep our appointment at 12:15 pm they would not have time for us!!! However, with either 11:30 am or 12:15 pm, he told me each family will only have a 15 min session and the store only have one employee!!! (maybe because of bad management or the manager already drives people away so not much work…)

I go every year to get kids christmas pictures done at this location since its the easiest for me to pickup when they are in. Is a small studio and is always packed with people waiting, so it can be very hectic especially if you have small children that bore easy. They take ok pictures during shoot and seem to take a bunch of photos, but the staff 1st gets them and only chooses what I believe is about 1/4 of the photos taken for you then they show you those pictures. Not sure why they don't show all of them and then you choose the ones that will go for prints, or even in this digital age they should all be available no matter how good or bad. Price I end up paying with coupons and Jcpenney portrait perk membership is what keeps me going back even though I don't really like the location otherwise and the way the do it at JcP.

Aweful experience! Didnt get our pictures taken until 1 hr 30mim past our appointment time. Do you think 3 small children were smiling after waiting that long. We only had one okay picture out of 20.

I would recommend this place if you looking to get professional pictures done. We had to wait about half an hour past our appointment time but it wasn't bad. The pictures were taken pretty fast and the lady directed us very well. I kind of wish she could have re-taken some shots over but it's okay. After the shoot, she gave us some options and helped us choose what we wanted. She also gave us 40% off. Overall, the experience was great. I felt comfortable and would go back again. :)
