Shopped around at the usuall stores, Best Buy, Home Depot, and Lowes. They all had the same appliances and within the same price range. What they didn't have, was any in slate gray or in stock, and stated it could take up to 6 months for delivery. None of the sales people knew very much about any of the appliances which was not helpful. We decided to check out McKinney's in Olympia. Ron was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, gave us several options, emailed us estimates on 2 different appliance packages. Perk, all the appliances in both estimates were in stock and available for delivery within days. Long story short, our remodel took 9 months longer than expected. McKinney's held onto our appliances for 4 months and delivered within 5 days. The young men that delivered, were fantastic. They took care not to damage anything, answered all our questions, made sure we knew where all the manuals were located, and swapped out our range plug for the appropriate type. We will be doing business in the near and far future. Highly recommend.

Flighted Terror

Our 2nd appliance purchase from McKinney's in the past few months was a refrigerator. During delivery, requested caution with our solid wood floors. Floors received additional scratches and grooves, a front doorstep received minor damage, and our front door frame was damaged during delivery. Delivery guy profusely apologized for the door frame damage and recommended I call the store for resolution. (I have before and during delivery photos.) Called the store, received another apology and request for resolution. I said we will ignore the floors and step, but want the front door frame repaired and repainted (exterior home was repainted a few months ago). I was then asked to come in to show photos. Husband went in and an offer of $50 was made, which would not cover the cost of damage. He was told we need to email the owner photos. We have spent over $4k (+tax) on 2 appliances in a few months, yet when they cause damage, they do not fix the damage, give a run around with call/come in/email and the owner appears to be ignoring the 3 emails (12/19, 12/29/21 and 1/5/22) since it has been over 3 weeks later. Our $3500+ stove and other future appliances will not come from McKinney's.

We were told by multiple other "box store" that nobody had appliances in stock and were looking at months to get a replacement for our range that went out. We went to Mckinneys and left with a new range at a great price. Literally every price we were quoted in the store was lower than on the sticker. Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable, quick and easy to work with. Definitely shopping here again. Oh, and free disposal of your used/broken appliance.

After comparing prices at Lowe's and Home Depot I saw that McKinney's had the best price for the range we needed. I called and spoke with Mike. I told him what we were looking for and he told me they had the type we wanted. He explained the delivery and was really awesome because they added a cord at no additional cost. We weren't too picky about the delivery date and the cost for delivery was less than the other stores I researched. When they dropped off the range we recieved a courtesy call about 20 minutes ahead of time. The delivery people had masks on and took great care with bringing the range in our house and removing the old one. They got it set up and even cleaned the smudges off of it. I love it and it is so nice to have a range that is working perfectly! Mike called about a month later to follow up and see if we were happy with our range. I HIGHLY recommend shopping for an appliance at McKinney's for the following reasons: Helpful salespeople Great prices Low delivery fee They take your old appliance Great care when it's delivered Very nice delivery people ***I never set foot in the store. I did the order over the phone which I was very nervous about, but I am very happy with our new range.***
