I’d give it 0 stars if I could. It took nearly 4 hours for our food to arrive. We ordered at 6:00 on the website and it said it would take about 80-90 minutes. 2 hours go by and still no food and come to find out our food was stolen by a door dash driver. We called and they tried saying the food was delivered when it very much wasn't. They said another 30 minutes and our food would arrive, by that point it’s 8:00. Then another hour passes and our food still isn’t there, it’s now 9:30 by that point. We call, assuming our food got stolen AGAIN and then we get redirected to the door dash driver who ended up getting lost within our complex. We ended up receiving our food close to 10:00 and of course, they forgot part of our order. Since they closed at 10 we couldn’t call, but trust me when I say I will never order from here again.

Horrible customer service. Never had such rude service. I call them to ask a question and the guy that answers automatically says “delivery or pick up?” And I say “actually I have a quick question” and before he could hear anything else I had to say he hangs up. So rude will never go there again. Y’all need better customer service or you will be loosing service.

I've had it with pizza hut! I don't care what they come out with I'm never ordering a thing from them ever again. Had several bad experiences a few years back n haven't ordered from them until tonight to try the spicy lovers pizza and it promised double pepperoni which there wasn't and sliced red chili's which there also wasn't. I called customer service and kept being redirected to the main line for ordering and I also got hung up on. I also asked for contactless bt the driver knocked on the door without a mask. I wish I cud give zero stars. NEVER AGAIN

First off there 2 different companies and unfortunately they can charge what they want, But I guess taste is a difference of opinion I like them both but honestly think Pizza Hut though is more $ taste better & also to the fact that last week I did take the cheaper option being Little Ceasar & tried the new app out order & pay online & scan the QR code & grab & go with my pizza @ Little Ceasar & never was so disappointed first off yes it was ready when I got there but @ first the door for the pizza didn't open all the way & I had to force it until it did then when I got home ( I had ordered 2 of them ) both of them were so undercooked that it was like a big raw piece of dough on both of them!! I looked to see if there was some kind of survey & there wasn't one but I didn't bother calling & complaining for them to make me more because it takes me approximately 15 minutes to get there & they don't deliver so I wasn't willing to go back & forth but I guess you get what you $ for!!
