I wish employees made the drinks like they’re suppose to come. My drinks are so inconsistent, my iced venti is suppose to have three shots and often it taste and looks like two.

My only reason for writing this review is for the morning Baristas matching my energy. However, I didn’t appreciate “The General Manager saying hello in casual clothes behind the register. It was very informal and inappropriate in my opinion. The barista was speaking with me about my drink and GM decided to interrupt her and me to tell her that inspectors were going to be doing stuff. A conversation that could have waited after me (the customer) was done ordering. Is this how all GM’s act? Inappropriately in all establishments.

We love this location and usually get a bag of coffee ground fresh. Today when my Fiancé came home with the bag it felt light. I second guessed myself thinking “no way it’s short”. My fears became reality when I poured the coffee into our canister. I kid you not, this is what we got. The coffee normally fills this jar to the line seen in the pictures. Crazy part of the whole thing is that there was some coffee already inside! I tried calling the store to see what happened to the rest of my coffee and the phone just rings and rings to no end. I just want my coffee 😭😩
