We have always had excellent interactions with all the folks at Willamette Wellness. They have all been professional, timely, and responsible. Highly recommended.

I am so grateful for the insightful, exemplary care I receive from WHW. I was referred to their clinic by an outside provider, efficiently got set up with the right clinicians, and have never looked back. As the office has expanded, their front of office staff has remained warm and personable. I had complicated insurance/billing at the beginning, and both of my clinicians and the billing office were always on top of it. The clinicians have worked as a team to coordinate my care, and helped me learn about myself in ways that I didn't think possible. I have nothing but positives to say about the entire WHW office and would recommend any of the providers to people in my life.

I should have listened to the bad reviews and saved my time, parking fees and co-pays. I jumped through all their hoops to make an appointment. Filled out their intake forms. That took forever... Then, when they finally called me to make an appointment they sounded super disorganized and asked if they could call me back. Once I finally went in, it was a very confusing finding the office suite in the big building. Made it in, saw a mental health physician. We established a plan where I would call back to schedule an appointment with one of the RNs to have studies done. [Why couldn't I just schedule it then and there?] I'd also have occasional talk therapy with that physician. When I left, no one was in the office and they didn't validate my parking so I had to pay it. I called and tried to make an appt with a RN and they told me to call the physician I was dealing with. I did. Left a message. They didn't call me back at all. Neither did the front office for a follow-up. Very disappointing.

Ashton Tart has been wonderful. I was nervous seeing a new psychiatrist after having an unfavorable experience with one previous. The first session was more intense due to the fact she was getting to know me and why I was there. I think being open and honest and realizing she is just there to understand you is important going in to your first appointment. I liked that she remained neutral and allowed me to express myself. She really has helped me move forward to a great place with my mental health. I am finally starting to feel like myself again. She follows up to make sure your adjusting well to her plan. The office staff is also very nice here which is hard to find anymore. I would recommend friends and family to her and this facility.
