The employee stole my package. Therefore it was never shipped and cost me $$. Never use this store! I also would not recommend USP either. If you have a dispute about shipping, as I filed a claim, USP claims will not agree with anything despite the fact that I have a receipt I dropped the package off and thus have a tracking number. I have three recorded calls, one of them the agent on the other side refused to hear that I was the shipper and just kept telling me that I had to contact the shipper. What a joke.

The queue was out of the door on this visit. It was mainly caused by a colour copy job that was taking ages. Once the line passed I was served quickly and efficiently. Shipping cost was quite high but it's UPS and that's to be expected.

I drop packages off on a daily almost and I've never had a problem. Only wish the door was "PUSH" instead of "PULL".

Great service with great prices. I stared a project and needed color prints within 2 hours, they not only finished the project and printed it copies. But they stayed late just for me! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
