We visited this afternoon, and I was not impressed. It was not busy at all, and it took a while for someone to take our order. My husband got the elevation burger, my son the kids' meal and I got the BBQ Cheddar chicken sandwich. The fries were cold, the burgers and sandwich were mediocre at best. The only thing that got this place three stars is the oreo milkshake.

Burgers are pretty good, kind of small. Food came fairly quick. The got my shake wrong, didn't huff and puff about it. They corrected it and apologized. I like how the food is brought out in these cute little oven trays. Very... Cute.

This place is terrible! The customer service is absolutely disgusting! This place should be on restaurant Impossible. 1 cashier and 1 line person. Watching them try to do the to go/ uber eats orders was ridiculous! This place needs serious management! This place needs to be cleaned and employees need a food handling class. This restaurant should be closed and overhauled. It’s pretty bad! They should have upper management/ corporate go in there undercover and place a order! This place needs help.

Yes, it is fully certified Halal. No pork is served at this location. Bacon is crafted from flavorful smoked beef slab and is certified Halal. Not all Elevation Burger locations have a full halal menu. Please inquire from respective location for confirmation of Halal status.
