David niquette;
I had an emergency and needed stitches for my wound which was pretty bad. they treated me like gold, were very kind and helpful. The doctor who treated me was very caring and genuine, if i have another reason to go to the urgent care clinic. i know where i am going from now on. Thanks DR Crystal Benson. Sincerest wishes David Allen Niquette.

I went in for the first time in this clinic today around 5pm because I was having a chest pain. This lady said something I didn’t hear and I asked “I’m sorry?”. She replied “did you not hear what I just said?”. Obviously not. I wouldn’t have asked her if I heard it. I walked out. I couldn't handle how rude she is. If this is how this clinic treat their patient, then I would recommend everyone to not come here at all.

Will never go back. So disappointed since I have had previously great experiences at Legacy. But this place puts policy over patient mental health and comfort. My SO struggles with anxiety and doctors appointments are very difficult for him. For that reason I attend every appointment so I can hear, take notes and sooth him if needed. This is the first time we have ever been told that only he can be seen and I had to wait in the car. We tried to explain why, but these people ONLY care about their policy. Even during the height of COVID, every doctors office has made exceptions. This place is more about lording their “power” over people than caring for patients. Shameful!

I came in here 04/30/2022. I had set up an appointment online and my domestic partner/care giver was with me. She helps me handle all my medical needs and when she asked to come back with me to help, the woman with colored hair(I didn't get her name) told me it's there policy to only have one person in room. My partner tried to explain but the nurse shut her down and didn't care. Not sure if it's really there policy or not but she was not friendly and dismissive of my needs. She came in the room 1 minute later and just asked what I was here for and I told her I need help articulating what I need with my partner and I asked to cancel the appt. they let me cancel the appt which was good without paying anything but I have been struggling for days and picked legacy because it's always been so good to go to and this was not what I'd ever had happen before. I still love legacy but will ask next time how extreme there covid policy is. Been along time and many appts through covid and I've fortunately never been told my partner could not sit with me and help take notes and communicate with my provider.

Contact your insurance company for details on where you can be seen- they are the ones who set the limitations on coverage.
