It's been a week since Dr. Rachael called me to say she was calling in a prescription. I'm still waiting. And this is not the first time this has happened. The very first time I was seen by this Dr she gave me a referral to get an X-ray on my knee. When I went in I was told they never got the referral. So I called the clinic and I was told they completely forgot to fax in the referral. This was 4 weeks later. This place is a joke. I'm definitely changing to another care provider. Laura Corona

Went here a few weeks ago with a severely sprained ankle. The doctor I saw was a joke. I have a degree in exercise science and human performance and knew more than she did..she didn't even palpate my ankle or anything and just told me to get an x-ray to confirm there was no break. So I got an x-ray and was told there was no break. Now 6 weeks later, it's still not healed. Based off my interaction with the "doctor" I'm starting to think they did miss something on the x-ray. I made an appointment with my chiropractor who specialises in joints, I called urgent medical to transfer the x-ray over to my chiropractor and guess what: THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. so now I can't show it to my chiropractor who is actually a doctor to see what's really up with my ankle. Please, do not waste your time. Go to an actual hospital. This place is swarming with incompetency.

Yes, walk-ins are welcome. Just be sure to get in line at the window to the left- that is where walk-ins should check in. There is no helpful signage to point you in the correct direction.

I doubt it. But as a parent and a current patient, why would you want to? Unless the minor is 17, maybe 16, I can't see any good reason for it.
Yes. If you are not assigned to UMC as your PCP you can be a walk in only and referrals cannot be done by anyone but your PCP. If you are assigned to UMC you can schedule appointments and be seen on a walk in basis
