Amazing spot for a beach date with your pup! There were a lot of other dogs there for my dog to play with. Just beware for sharks and riptides.

No not that I'm aware of
Infested with what? I've been taking my dog there for 6 years and except for small flies and no see-ums being a nuisance occasionally, neither I and the dog have any complaints. If you mean mosquitoes at dusk during the summer, all I can say is welcome to Florida.
