everyone here was very professional and nice. i was seen instantly after checking in (i scheduled an appointment/"saved my spot" online the night before) and the doctor was very attentive and actually listened to my concerns. got the prescription i needed and was out in 30 mins or so. wonderful service! love this urgent care.

So I came in here trying to see about getting care for a staph infection on my leg that I had been treating with my doctor in Portland, however this location is down the street from my house & my leg was getting worse so I figured going into an urgent care was the best idea. This urgent care actually TURNED ME AWAY. And do you know why? Because, and I quote “Your GP would give you the same/equal quality of care as this office would.” Even though I told the woman I needed a culture swab & the lab at my GPs office was closed. She said, verbatim, “Doctors don’t like to step on other doctors toes. We don’t have any paperwork on you so it would be like starting from scratch.” I had to race to Portland and drive the half hour so I could get an oral antibiotic that this office could have very easily written for me, if they were not so lazy. Seemed like the woman just did not want to start a new chart on me. When I told my doctor that this office turned me away, they were shocked, and when I told them what the woman at the front desk said, they laughed and said legacy should not have turned me away & what she said made zero sense. Doctors don’t care if you see another doctor to get care, they just want you to get better. Avoid this office.

This is the best place to get a covid-19 test! They are fast and get you results while you wait. The place is super clean super high-tech and the people that work here are the nicest around. My son and I needed tests quickly before our cruise and this place came through for us. Thanks! Reserve a time slot on their website for best results. I was able to get appointments at the end of the day when I signed up in the morning. They take about 30 minutes to do a PCR test, but they ask for twice that in case they have to run the test twice. Medically observed antigen tests are much quicker of course, but I opted for the PCR test for our travel since it's better recognized. If I need an urgent care center, this is the first place I'm going to consider.

We are open 365 days a year Monday through Sunday 8 AM to 8 PM. Please note that holiday hours may differ, please check our website or give us a call on major holidays to confirm hours.
While we do not make appointments, we do have the option of saving your spot online at a time that works best for you and completing your registration before you arrive at the center. But, walk-ins are always welcome during our normal business hours Mon-Sun 8 AM - 8 PM! We can also see you same day, via video on a Virtual Visit.

This includes, but is not limited to illnesses such as: allergies & asthma, flu & colds, pink eye, sore throats & strep, ear infections and more. We also provide injury related services including but not limited to: X-rays, Fractures, sprains & strains, minor burns, cuts & scrapes, foreign object removal and more. If you have a life threatening injury or illness please call 911 or go to your nearest Legacy Health Emergency Room.
We provide the following Vaccination for children and adults: Tdap and Pneumococcal, and Flu Shots. We also offer the PPD test for Tuberculosis.
Yes, If deemed necessary by your medical provider, prescriptions can be obtained for a variety of conditions. Prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.
Yes, minor blood tests can be done at Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care if deemed necessary by your provider. Rapid blood tests include: Monospot and glucose testing. If more bloodwork is necessary our team will refer you to the nearest Legacy Health lab.
Services are available to adults and children 6-months and older. Please contact Randall's Children Hospital for any urgent needs for babies under the age of 6 months.
Yes, the Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care staff includes a range of medical professionals including Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners who are available to treat patients over the age of 6 months old. We also make it easy for you to see a medical provider with the ability to hold your spot in line.
Yes, Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care can take X-rays onsite for most body parts including hands, arms, shoulders, legs, ankles, feet and more. Providers receive preliminary X-ray reports immediately and full reports within 48 hours.

No, you do not need Insurance for a Virtual Visit. The cost for a Virtual Visit without insurance is $49. Virtual Visits are in-network with most major insurance plans including Aetna, CareOregon, MODA, PacificSource, Regence, and UnitedHealthcare

Yes, our Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care centers offer x-ray services.
Yes, we offer COVID-19 testing for upcoming travel at all centers. Patients with COVID-19 symptoms and/or a COVID-19 exposure in the past 14 days will not be tested for travel clearance, as they don't meet travel testing requirements. Our rapid COVID-19 test results will be available on-site in approximately 15 minutes. You can also find your results on your Patient Portal in 1-2 days. Please save your spot online in advance.

If COVID-19 symptoms are not present but think you may have been exposed to COVID-19 or would like to be tested for other reasons, please save a spot online at our Raleigh Hills, Sherwood, or Salmon Creek COVID-19 Testing centers. We do not allow walk-in visits at these centers.
