Dinner time had no wait to get to our table. My wife was concerned about it being too cold in there but the temperature was acceptable. Our servers name was Josh who had a four-star apron on. While he was friendly and cordial the service he provided was slow and broken. For instance, my wife ask for iced tea with lemon and he came back with just the iced tea with a limited amount of ice and took the better part of five to 10 minutes to return with the lemon my wife to drink. I had a breakfast for dinner menu item. I had asked for toast to come with my meal for the eggs that were ordered. He arrived at the table with the meal but again it took a good solid 5 minutes for him to bring the toast. If he's a four-star server things like that should not be routinely happening. I tipped 20% for Josh which would be acceptable under normal circumstances. That being said, my regular tip starts at 25 to 30% and typically I have no problems hitting 35 to 40 per cent for service. I was very disappointed with the service that was provided by Josh tonight The food was delicious. One cool thing tonight was the bill came with a scan code that you could pay using your phone instead of going to the checkout register. That was very cool and very convenient! The first time you seen that check out option available in any restaurant and I hope more pick up on this payment method!

This Cracker Barrel is the best! Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome. I encountered great customers who were very friendly! The food was amazing! No long wait. Just a breakfast packed with all kinds of goodness! Rachel was one of the best waitresses I’ve encountered in my life! I will be back! Such a great experience!

Cracker Barrel offers a lot of food choices and large servings at a fair price. The food at this particular location is hit or miss depending on how busy it is. It’s not always as hot as I’d like it. The coffee is disappointing. The wait staff is also hit or miss. Even though my waitress was nice and friendly, she was also slow and hard to locate when I needed something. The restaurant itself is clean and maintained. There is a large parking lot. The store at the entrance is packed with all kinds of items. There really is something for everyone. Clothing, candy, candles, calendars and so much more. It has an old country feeling to it. The prices are a bit high.

Service was nice. They were down to one chef. Food came out in a decent amount of time but it tasted very old and like it had been sitting out. I did not like the food at all and they give very small portions. The sides were a little better than the entrees.
