We scheduled a test, which was easy enough I guess, then when we showed up for it we had to wait a very long time (almost an hour). We waited in our car, but finally after 40 minutes someone checked us in. They wrote everything on paper and asked for a ton of my info again - why is this not being done electronically in 2021? We go to get our actual testing (this was for my son who is 8). They tech was very friendly and great with him about explaining and she did all three tests - rapid, pcr and antigen. We got results of the rapid and antigen, but NEVER got the PCR results - it's been 12 days and they seem to have no record of it.

After spending the amount of time necessary to book an appointment, complete the insurance information and the wait in line, (Which was over an hour) then more than 10 days with out results we are told that our test results are not valid and the best they can do is assure us that our insurance will not be billed. How disrespectful! Since my husband and I went at separate appointments and he had the same issue, tells me I was not an isolated incident. No offer to retest just too bad we goofed. And well after the required quarantine time frame,,, way to take care of society! Honestly find a better option because if you really do want the results this is not the place to find them.

Don’t believe their appointment or result times! My rapid results did NOT come back in 20 minutes. It took well over an hour AFTER I waited an hour in their parking lot (an hour past my appointment time)… and I missed my flight because of it. And then the test that’s more accurate (that they say that you can have back in 3 days), is STILL NOT BACK AFTER 27 DAYS!!!! I could’ve had my test done someplace else and gotten 99% accurate results in 24 hours. AND GS bills your insurance $380! Where some other places are free. These people are raking it in, at the expense of our insurance companies, and lying about the turn-around times so you choose them over other more timely options. Bogus!!!

I had a great experience this morning at GS Labs where I got a Rapid Antigen test and a PCR test. My tests were taken within about 12 minutes of me arriving. They whole process was organized and easy, including the online registration. My Rapid Antigen test results were emailed to me about an hour after my sample was taken. The nurse did give me a heads up about the longer processing time and told me it would take about an hour. Any sort of medical process/environment gives me terrible anxiety due to past experiences, so I really appreciated how kind and patient the nurse was who took my samples. I told him how nervous I was for the PCR test so he slowed down, reassured me, and also counted out loud to 10 during the test so that I knew when it would be over.
