I would not recommend this site. I signed up on-line. They took my insurance info. When we got there they stated "We don't take insurance, but you can pay $114." Very sketchy. It was a storefront covered with black garbage bags and a plywood divider showing through the front door. They are not local. I'm sorry for bad review. I would not give my information to them if I had known how sketchy they were.
