The most terrible laundry mat in Baltimore area. Half of the dryers do not work, the few that are functional do not dry clothes enough. Customers can't even use restrooms bcuz of poor sanitary conditions, the place is always dirty. I'm sure how you got your 5star. Worst still, so- called manager is inaccessible.

I always wash my clothes here. I feel some of the ladies that work here keep it cleaner on their shifts than others. All in all I think here is good. All the ladies who I have encountered while here are very helpful and respectful.

Best laundromat ever. Arrived in a rainstorm, too tired to do my laundry and left it for staff to wash, dry and fold. They even offered to deliver. I have used their comforter specials in past and enjoyed pick up and delivery service. Never thought I would use it for my regular wash but my recent move tired me out. Clean place, good staff, great service. Highly recommend.

Mahogany Hill

It's pretty clean and spacious. I generally swipe the inside of a machine before using it and I've never encountered a problem. Laundry City has very large machine, medium sized and small washers and many dryers. I've been a few times to wash items that didn't fit in my home machines (pillows, comforters, etc...) and each time, there has been courteous staff to answer questions and help me when needed. There's always someone sweeping and trying to keep the place tidy. Laundry City also has a little play area for children and observation lounge for parents. I believe I even saw a little computer area as well. I was quite happy with my visits. I have not tried their van service or the clothes pick up service as yet. Happy laundering.
