Summary: I'll return here to do laundry, but this place could use many improvements Pros: Lots of machines. Free drying so you don't have to worry about adding more money for more drying time. Uses a card instead of coins. Ample seating, tables for folding clothes, and carts. Free wifi. The jumbo machines in the front row were perfect to fit multiple sheet sets, a comforter, 2 fluffy throw blankets, and 4 towels, which saved me LOTS of time if I had done one load at a time using a household washing machine Cons: It was SO hot in there, no AC, the ceiling fans spinning slowly, I basically sweated through the clothes I came in and needed to put them in the wash by the time I left, like I was actually becoming dehydrated (pro-tip: bring a handheld fan if you go). Jumbo washing machines are at the very front of the store, and the jumbo dryers are the furthest away at the very back of the store - idk who though that was a good idea because it's definitely not. This makes customers have to carry their jumbo load across the entire place. One of the card refill machines wasn't working to add money onto the card. Not really a "con," but the store clerk could've been a bit more approachable Ways to improve: TURN ON THE AC. Complimentary water if you're gonna keep the place hot (like a filtered water bottle refill station). Paper towels in the bathroom (there's only hand dryers) so people can wipe off their sweat lol, but also paper towel dispensers by the washing machines because I spilled a little bit of detergent and didn't have anything to wipe it up with. Allow for the carts to be able to go outside, especially for people who have a lot of laundry (add those locking brakes to prevent them from going a certain distance beyond the store). More of the smallest sized washers (I believe there's only 5). Reorganize the layout of the store and put the jumbo washing machines by the jumbo dryers. Allow the card machines to accept payments smaller than $10 if using a credit card. Better yet, also allow for custom amounts (I was like $2 short and had to add another $10 to my laundry card. I was annoyed, but it was just an inconvenience for me. For someone else, it might be more of an issue/burden if they're low-income and they can't afford to put the full $10 on their laundry card). Fix your card refill machines. Maybe a tv on the back dryer wall

I’m definitely coming back! This is a nice laundromat. It’s wonderfully designed; spacious, neat and clean. The laundry lady was pleasant, kind and very helpful. The background music was nice too. I felt like I was at home using my own washer and dryer. You do have to get a card and add money to it with cash or credit/bank card in order to use the machines. Each wash gets you a free dry. The clothes were practically dry when they came out the wash. My free dry lasted 40 minutes and I didn’t have to add anymore time or money. You have to register the card in order for it to work. So if you can’t find the laundry lady to help you because the card which cost $1.00 remember doesn’t work unless you register it. There are various size washers. There’s tables and chairs. Drying stations, too. Lots more .. vending machines etc. They also sell detergent and softener at the front counter and they will even do your laundry for you; wash, dry and fold your clothes … I definitely will be back.. #howdidyoureact

I have never been so impressed with an employee as I was with Ebony she went above and beyond the Call of Duty to assure that I used the correct machines that I needed to wash all the laundry that I had. She takes pride in her job I watched how she kept the laundry facility Spotless Cleaning the machines the lint traps picking up trash and everything. I even while my clothes were washing I have a grab stick and I picked up the trash that was outside of the premises. Our People just throw their trash all over the ground even discarded juice bottles were in the parking spaces which could that have been rolled over and damaged tires. I wish we would not tear down our communities the way we do just throw trash all over the ground of such a nice facility

Questions & Answers

How much does it cost to wash a load in each washer? Are they coin operated? How long is the basic cycle washing and drying?

Well the largest machine is about $9.00. You can add about 4 loads at once. They aren't coin operated. You purchase a card from their machine and add funds to it to use the washer/dryers. First 3 drys are free. 30 mins wash cycle.
