Sudsville is always clean, and patrons are curteous. Their bathrooms are always clean too. I don't like that customers only get 5 minutes per quarter on their dryers.

It's okay. It's not the cleanest laundromat though in Northeast Baltimore though or Baltimore in general but it works when you have no choice. I didn't like the fact that all the dryer machines had trash and debris in the dryer drums that was clearly visible. Sudsville should really consider cleaning this more frequently like everyday due to COVID-19 and other highly spreadable diseases going around. I only used the dryer when I went so I don't know how clean the washers are. The dryers are hot though, but they use a lot of quarters for a decent amount of time. $3.50 got me 1 hour. It was also unusually hot 🔥 in there too. It also wasn't busy when I went either which was a Wednesday between 5PM and 7PM. In closing I say research you options that are available in Northeast Baltimore ad this is Not 🚫 the best one.0

Staff polite, dryer’s cost so it’s not free anymore…. Dryers and washers will steal your quarters if you don’t move fast enough… lost $5 on both washer and dryer, dryers don’t dry heavy heavy loads so be prepared to spend more money to dry your clothes over again. Place is swiped clean and they repeatedly whip down everything at least every 15 to 20 minutes or when the staff spots customers leaving out and clean that area. If it wasn’t for the washers/dryer’s stealing and barely drying my clothes plus not being able to dry for free? I would have given this place a 5 star.

You can just chill and do your laundry. Clean bathroom. Customer service is just bad in the fact that; some of their machines take your quarters and; laundry staff are funny about replacing them is all.
