I was so pleased with my experience at laundry city on Fredrick Ave. I was served by these wonderful workers Jada, khaldre , and trey. They were so nice and patient as young people. Whatever help I asked for I was quick to receive it with a smile and positive attitude from them. 10/10 definitely recommen this laundromat.

The absolute worse! I have been using them for 5 years but since the pandemic, I have been using their pick-up/delivery. There has been multiple times they have NOT dropped off my laundry at the time we agreed. The driver is a no show, I never received a call saying that there will be a delay. I have to call them and if it’s past 8pm no one picks up the phone. But they will call me multiple times to pay the reminding balance. Not to mention the one time the driver set my clothes outside because he came hours earlier than the time I was told. Prime example today June 14th my clothes delivered after 6 pm. I had to call them because it’s now 8:30 pm. I had to call them multiple times and then someone finally answered just to tell me that the clothes were not finished. The clothes I gave them Saturday at 10 am. My major problem is the lack of communication. They are the worse and unprofessional. I am no longer giving them my business. I tried to be patient with them and support them but I am over it at this point.

I'm traveling from AZ and our hotel had no laundry on site. The front desk told me about Laundry City and what a lovely surprise! They pick up, wash and dry, then fold and deliver back to you! I live in a small, rural town so this is a cool and new concept to me. It is very clean and staff are super friendly. Thanks for doing a wonderful job!

Dryers never working! The attendant doesn’t have a clue on what’s working what’s broken. You would think they would have a sign in these machines. Plus it’s always freaking dirty. It’s alway shitt on the floor. I asked the attendant to put a sign on it door 3 fuuccckin times a

Not for free. To get free dryer service there, you have to pay to wash your clothes there. Also be aware that they will pick you and your clothing up for free, but you do have to pay for you and your laundry being taken back home.
once washed, freely take your laundry to the dryers; where you use your card again. every individual wash does get a free dry, but the dryers go up to 30 mins in total IF thas what u need. press start once, 10mins . stick in card 2nd time and press start, 10mins. they add up but only to 30 mins hope that helped, they also have that low or high heat setting. if you’ve already found this out, great job!!! cause it took me a couple visits
Call in or register online..thats what they say when you call them...
Yes 24 hours
Yes they can come to your house and pick up your clothes
Yes
Varies depending on how much you have to wash. Starting at 3.50 upto about 20.
If I'm not mistaken you get one free dryer use (20 minutes) with the use of the large machines. Be ready to spend $10 or a bit more on the machine. They're not cheap in the least.
What salon, they added something new Hey Indiesss .M The last time I was there I didn't see a salon, so double check Matter of fact I'll check 4 u, i just did, they don't Go on ur phone and Google it
Yes, its a regular laundry mat too. You put money on a laundry card and go. Change the water settings by turning the dial before you presd start. Drying is free. Comfy chairs and kids area 👍
Thank you all for your comments to my question, tell her it is my fault cuz I stated the question wrong. Anyhow what I was trying to ask or find out was is the wash and dry service that they provide available 24 hours
It depends on what size washer you want to use but they range from 2.99 to 7.99... going up one dollar for each size...the 2.99 washer can hold up to 30lbs. And goes up by 10lbs for each dollar increase...example: the 3.99 washer will hold 40lbs...4.99 holds 50lbs and so on...i use the 4.99 or 5.99 washers... pretty big to get the job done... free drying... well... you get 30min of free dry time... if u need more (which u won't unless you over stuff it) then its $.99/10 minutes.... hope this helps..
I called last night..opened until 3 pm christmas day and reopen the day after at 6 am..
