This location of Extra Space Storage was a great find! The process was seamless from making my on-line reservation, to having Kevin go through my paperwork with me over the phone, to my check-in at the gate! I would recommend this location to anyone needing storage!

It has been too many times that I have needed a flatbed and there are none. No one else on the parking lot or in the buildings and no flatbeds. What is Extra Space doing with them on Sundays? It makes what has to be done take even longer and the rental prices have increased. Not open 24hrs like Uhaul rental.

I recommend everyone to come to Extra Space on Caton ave, nothing compares on how clean this place is and the great prices. I have been to a lot of storage places and this is the BEST. They take care of me and they will take care of you.

I usually don’t write reviews but this time, I had to. My experience was so efficient and friendly working with Nova. They were super informative and concise. I asked a million questions and they had the upmost patience with me hahah. This location was very clean and organized. Smiling faces and eager to help you make the right decision for your needs. I was dreading having to do my rounds with finding out info with storage units, but I’m so glad this was my first stop. 10/10 throwing roses.
