This facility does not have adequate supplies for the customer!!! There was only 2 flat beds available & a line of customers waiting to use them. Waited an hour then decided to just get a refund on my unit. Not worth the unprofessionalism on the 1st interaction. That was a Sunday and refund wasn’t processed until Wednesday. A horrible experience that added unwanted stress, during a move! Inventory and more business operational training is needed for management.

Your store manager, Gregory Fisher, was the best. The storage facility suited my needs perfectly especially since I live only about a mile away. The online rate was too good to pass up and I’ve looked at other facilities. But Greg made it happen. I felt so much trust, his suggestions were extremely helpful and his knowledge and tips showed he understands my needs. And he made it fun!
