Cheryl, in the Laser Hair removal area, did not wear gloves during my Brazilian Hair Removal Hair Session, rubbered cooling cream on me without gloves, and took me in a room that had not been sanitized (judging by the used seat cover on the cosmetic-procedure chair, which she changed only after I asked about room being cleaned upon my entry into the room). As I questioned her about sanitation process in between customer, she seemed annoyed that I was even asking and insisted utensils had been sanitized but that only seat cover had not been changed, and just overlooked. I have been coming to the center for about a year now, and my April 2022 session was the only session where I had to see a different cosmetic nurse, Cheryl. I normally see a different cosmetic nurse, who is great, Chrissy. But I am so disgusted with Cheryl‘s uncleanliness and unsanitary practices. I also learned during this visit, that she was head of the department. Makes me question the overall practice, if the head of the department cannot make certain, before taking customers in a room, that it has been completely sanitized, especially when you are doing laser procedure on private areas, like the Brazilian. Beware of sanitized utensil here.
