There are really great staff there. They come to your car with a cart and unload your clothes and take them to the washers or dryers or if you're walking they'll help you with your cart. They're always walking around ready to assist you with the machines or the card reader for the machines.

I’m so upset I didn’t get the attendants name but me and my family were looking for a laundromat that has the card option. Hipp popped up. Arrived there and the attendant was outside the door. He came to the curb with a laundry cart and loaded our three bags on and took them inside. Showed us around, showed me how to obtain a laundry card and load money on it. The machines here are the best I’ve used at a laundry facility. They are fast washing and wash great. The driers the same way. Fast and efficient! The machines hold A LOT let me tell you!!!!!! The laundromat was clean. Floors were clean and the bathroom. We arrived there at 10:30 and we were out at exactly 12pm. I hope the owner sees this and appreciates the attendant that was there today. We are now customers for life as long as they’re around. Thanks so much for being open during this rough time in everyone lives.

This is my first time here. I'm used to traditional laundromats where you pay with coins. Here you have to load up a Hipps card. Then use that to pay. It's kind of annoying, but at least you can use credit/debit. The place is fairly clean, but there's quite a few flies here for some reason. There's a lot of different sizes of washers which is awesome. I walked in thinking i was just at some regular laundromat, and this guy came up to me who was the attendant on duty. He explained the whole process to me and offered to wash/dry/fold my laundry if i wanted to come back later for it (at a cost I'm sure). I wanted to stay and told him how much i wanted to prepay, and he prepaid the card for free since it's my first visit! This may not be normal policy, but this dude hooked it up. Definitely worth coming back here.

I've been taking my laundry here for a few months and they're awesome! Here's why: It's open late. It's really well lit. All of the attendants are polite. The owner is often there to deal with issues or just say hi. The facility is always really clean. I can pay with a card. The wash and fold service is quick and excellent. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I've received. My clothes smell lovely and look like they were folded by employees at the GAP (ok, not exactly, but they do an excellent job). My loyalty was cemented when a few weeks ago my linens were accidentally taken by another patron and the owner called me and insisted on paying for the items. I had to convince him to let me wait and see if the other customer would return them (which she did). I appreciated the owner taking responsibility and attempting to resolve the issue quickly. This place is great!
