I spoke with Jay about my storage needs. She was very helpful and polite. She made sure I had all relevant information and assisted me in picking the right size unit. I'm not a frequent user of storage facilities but if I ever needed to use one again, I would definitely come back to this location.

Renting was quick and easy. The associate offered to show the locker prior to renting and he made sure that I did not have any issues with the gate code. I am changing my rating since the rent went up from $89 a month to $143 per month, with less than a months notice and within three months of starting the rental agreement. Bait and switch. Inflation did not go up 60% in three months, but my rent did. Watch out. This company is not on the up and up. They are bait and switch.

It's OK. Mice in the storage unit ruined a bunch of things. Rates went up to over 200 a month for a 10x10. Between depreciation and the price increase we saw no reason to keep storing our stuff there. It worked for 2 years.
