After my experience, I believe every positivity review here is either from a bot, a friend of an employee, or fake account from the company. The laziest staff possible has been selected for the simple task of towing vehicles. Not only did they have the wrong information for the vehicle I needed towed but instead of working with me to figure it out, the waste of time driver simply sat around waiting for the dispatcher to call back. When I called the company’s direct line, the “who is this?” Answer to my call told me I was in for a unnecessarily complicated conversation with a person not trained in proper phone etiquette. If you need a tow, give them a call. If you want to be less annoyed than your reason for needing the tow, call someone else. 2 stars for doing the easy part, moving my car. No stars for making a simple task hard for everyone involved.
