I herd about tile ghosting and the pattern it leaves on the floor, is there a way to get them out?

Sorry but no you cannot, its due to moisture from the grout lines imbedding them in the concrete.

How long will polished concrete last?

Can all concrete be polished?

It depends on the concrete, all concrete is different, in florida for instance the concrete is very soft so the out come is different then say harder concrete. So the harder the concrete the better the shine and gloss
