I do not suggest filling any prescriptions here. Truly mind blown at how unhelpful they are at this pharmacy. They act as if you’re attempting to order an ice cream cone from them (hint: they don’t sell them, obviously), rather than a prescription. I understand that it’s busy, but perhaps set a limit on the number of accounts you accept in order to manage them properly.

Just gave birth 3 days ago could barely stand from epidural machine is down had to let two people in front of me I finally get to the cashier at the pharmacy she shows no empathy when I ask about a specific product and blows me off I went to the car and burst into tears from the amount of pain I’m in still try to purchase pampers for my new born but more than 5 people at front register and have to leave the store never coming back here every time is always dissatisfying!

Was in and out going to the pharmacy on a Tuesday. They get back from lunch at 2:00pm. I arrived at 1:45pm. I shopped and picked up somethings will waiting for them to re-open. I was the only person at the pharmacy at the time. They filled my prescription in 15 minutes.

Long time Walgreens customer AND THIS LOCATION IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I moved to Essex, MD there are 3 Walgreens locations here... But, for some reason Doctors office always send my Rx to this location! One they pick and choose WHEN and HOW to operate their pharmacy. DO NOT DEPEND ON POSTED TIMES OR THE WEBSITE/APP! BECAUSE, THIS LOCATION DOES NOT UPDATE! I was willing to let it slip a few times with COVID-19 and all... BUT it's 2022! Why are you holding My prescriptions hostage? Case in point my Doctor calls in my monthly Rx at 2:45 pm on Thursday 12/30/2021 I waited 2 hours... Nothing showing up? Not even processing?!?!? I called sat on hold along with other caller's BOTH STORE AND PHARMACY each time over 25 minutes (All RECORDED) only to each my place in line and wait ANOTHER 20 MINUTES to get hung up on... Repeatedly! FINALLY (using 2 separate phones) I got an answer at 7:10pm that "the pharmacy was closed and will open tomorrow" (Today). Here I am today currently trying to call the pharmacy (I used the other phone to call the store and verify they're there the PHARMACY IS DEFINITELY SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN) and I've been on hold over 30 minutes AND MY PRESCRIPTION IS STILL NOT PROCESSING FROM 2:45 PM YESTERDAY! NOT A MEDICATION THAT CAN WAIT EITHER! AND I'M A CANCER PATIENT! This IS Unacceptable. This location should either be shut down or overhauled by corporate immediately! I'm looking into what legal action can be taken!
