I can only review the boat ramp because that’s all I use. It’s tight without a lot of parking. The water is shallow at all tides but it’s a great access point to the waterway to Hart Miller Island.

I am here now! I am enjoying watching the squirrel chases, the birds flying, and the ducks strolling. There was an unidentified animal that crawled from the treeline near the water to graze also. The birds are singing and the wind is blowing. The view is fabulous as the brisk winds blow the currents along. From the area were I am seated, there is water on three sides, hence Cox Point. Their numerous picnic tables and grills are spread across the spacious area. There are three fishing piers and a boat dock. Oh I forgot to mention the playground. It's a well kept Baltimore County secret! Sshhhhusshh! No they didn't pay we to write this!

The playground is nice but all the trash cans were overflowing. Trash was everywhere, and it smells real bad. This is ridiculous, you can't tell me they can't get enough people on community service to clean this park.

Nice little park with ducks, fishing piers, and a playground. I grew up nearby and like it for nostalgic reasons but it is quite small and the waste treatment plant nearby can get pretty ripe when it's hot out. Also very buggy all summer. No swimming allowed but it is fun to bring some bread and feed the ducks, just keep in mind they can be very aggressive. Great spot to watch the sunset.
