Terrible, after five failed delivery attempts, I was told I had to pick up at the Burlington ground facility, I said I would be picking up today 6-18-22 ,asked the hours they would be open, was told from 9am until 8pm, upon arrival at 4pm, there is a sign below the buzzer that nobody answers, that says Saturday and Sunday pickup is from 9am until noon. Called the phone number automated answer asks for my tracking number, I give the number and was told that package is not stored at the facility and was delivered Thursday 6-16-22, can't wait until Monday when I can get a live person on the phone!

I haven't received a package from them on time yet, always delayed. It's almost always "out for delivery" and then failed to deliver. Called today because a package which was already delayed once updated to show delayed after it was already out for delivery. The lady assured me it would be delivered today by 8, and I just checked... says it will be delivered tomorrow. Worthoes company I will be asking Amazon to not use FedEx for my deliveries.

After waiting the allotted time, my packages never showed. However, I received a message from FedEx that the driver attempted to deliver which is odd as I waited from 9am! I then called customer service in a vein attempt to retrieve my packages, but sadly was unable to do. All what was offered was a useless apology and a filed complaint. This isn’t the first time I had problems with FedEx. Unfortunately, very poor communication, customer service, not to mention I have to wait again, and reschedule an installation as I don’t have the needed delivery!!!

Agree with other reviewers—this specific location is the black hole for parcels. Every time an item is ridiculously delayed or delivered to a neighbor (we have an incredibly easy house to find) it’s been “out for delivery” from Burlington FedEx. Most recently, a 150 lb item made it from Georgia to Burlington in 7 days and then has been “out for delivery” from Burlington EVERY DAY FOR THE LAST 14 DAYS. We’ve had representatives checking in every day and have a case manager on it but every day we get the same line, “Yesterday it was marked out for delivery but somehow didn’t make it onto the van. Today it is on the van though and is scheduled for delivery by 9pm.” I’ve offered to help unload it, given specific instructions for our very obvious driveway, signed up for text notifications from the driver…we’ve seen the van park in front of our house and drive away a few times though! Seriously, there’s a quality control issue with this location if anyone is paying attention.

Call your sender and have them call Fed Ex directly this will increase the likelihood of you getting your package finally

Due to all of the snow, FedEx is backed up. It is taking time to catch up with all the backlog.
My son works there in Burlington at FedEx he said that means its on the truck leaving Burlington
You can ship a package anywhere you want with a legitimate address. However if it isn't your personal residence then someone will have to sign for it upon delivery. If no one will sign for it, the package won't be delivered. If you would rather pick up your package at a FedEx facility, you can just call FedEx and have them intercept and hold the package for pick up. It is very common.
