I was driving down from Portland to SF via HW 101 with my family and my car broke down near Willits. Rear brake pads completely worn out due to a bad caliper. Got my car towed to the Les Schwab Willits - they promptly looked at it to diagnose the issue and ordered required parts. Next day, the calipers and brake pads were replaced and the car was fixed by 10am. They are extremely helpful and honest. My initial estimate had replacement cost for rotors as well, but when during the service they found that the existing rotors are newish, the service-person just rotated these and my total cost came out to be 300-400$ lower than the estimate. Highly recommend this place to folks looking for auto-service around Willits.
