If you think those extra baskets of bottomless fries are free you are sadly mistaken. They come at a great cost: your valuable time. Service is agonizingly slow. Wait over 30 minutes to get food then ask for more fries and wait another 15+ minutes. Never an apology for it either. Would have liked another fry basket, but also didn't want to sit and wait for another 15+ minutes. Wasn't even busy when I was there either. Maybe half capacity if not less.

See this empty glass? I asked for a refill 20 minutes ago, then, 10 minutes ago, and just now. Service is the worst I've experienced in a long time. Staff walking about doing what appears to be nothing. At least now service wise. If I could dine and ditch I would but I have more more integrity than that.

Don't waste your time and money here. Service was terrible. Asked for some things over and over before we got them. They were out of half the things on the menu. And had no silverware! They actually brought us one cheap set of plastic ware for the two of us! It was hell cutting my very tough chicken with a flimsy plastic knife. The rest of our food was mediocre at best. The only reason they get 2 stars is for the one waitress who was killing herself to try and make up for what all the other staff was lacking. This is NOT the standard we are used to at Red Robin. We will not be back.

It's okay. Staff seemed unhappy. Never got a fry refill. No refills on drinks. Wasn't impressed. May try again down the road.
