PNC reached out to us and offered to make an appointment to sit down and review our accounts. We showed up to our appointment and after waiting 15 minutes past our scheduled time, we were informed that the lady we were scheduled with was still out at lunch. Completely rude, disrespectful of our time and unprofessional. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Scam style banking. Charged me without written notice and refused to return my money. Will never deal with this bank again. Terrible service to boot.
