Hello, in the state of Maryland we are not allowed to tattoo anyone under the age of 16. This would mean we would need your parent present with their ID, then we would need your school ID or Passport. We would also need the child's birth certificate to verify the parents ID.

50$ last I was there about a year ago. Lacey does the piercings. Usually if it's below the waist it can be 50$ or up
