Hate that i cant pay at the establishment, i have to pay if i call in for payment and i havent been there for a year and the rental amount is already going up in feb. I will be looking for a climate contorlled with 24 hour access with a gate and a passcode i should be able to access my unit when ever i want to. Also i didnt like after 10 having somome at the door confront me about coming in. The main gate should close and if u dont have a unit then you shouldnt be allowed in. It felt very sketchy and i felt threatened and no one really seemed to care. Just advised i walk to the other door to leave next time.. what.. how about provide the security i pay so much for by at least having the main gate close at 8 or something. Update my 105 unit 2 yes later is now 230.. no added benefits but I will be closing my space out by August end my hopes

Make sure all your stuff is sealed or covered, I had a lot of mouse droppings on things on the floor

Friendly staff took care of me the moment I walked through the door. I was able to tour the different units on site and purchased a unit the same day. Even told my friends because the rates are better than I’ve seen in the city.

As long as you got the key and the password your storage is always accessible. But they are the worst, always changes and hidden fees in their policies

I believe 8/9 pm. If you have a choice do not store yourvitems here....theyvare infested with mice. Recently moved my things out and was horrified at the condition of my belongings.
