I never got my "first month for $1". I moved in late in the month, and they charged me for a full month, then again for a full month on the first. $48/month for a 5 x 5. My rent has gone up $20 every year. It's now $88/month, (not $80, as advertised), which I find excessive, and takes advantage of vulnerable people who would surely prefer to have all of their stuff at home with them if they could.

They charged me for EVERYTHING & the unit was difficult to find. I want provided any carts. Also, the lighting was very poor. It was freezing in the unit; I could see my breath. I feel ripped off. I brought my own P.S. lock & they didn't provide anything to prevent humidity issues. The only elevator won't come back down if it's propped open. I didn't feel safe with random lingerers, on the upper level, amidst the unit & van I offloaded from. I would change my review if I were properly reimbursed or given credit & they get carts.
