I did not leave the original 5 star review but I was very ready to do so. The employee at Extra Space Storage (1835 Washinton Blvd) abused my trust to leave a 5 star review while using my personal cell phone and telling me they were helping set up my account

Spoke on the phone with Ms. Danielle about a week ago to go over some increase in our rates for our 20 x 10 storage unit. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to give me the information necessary to keep me informed and up to speed especially since the changes that came about from CubeSmart to management change with Extra Space Currently. Very much appreciate her and Extra Space.

We absolutely LOVED the personal touch service we received from Danielle, esp. considering that we were running behind and the facility was getting ready to close soon. Danielle still remained extremely calm, patient, friendly, knowledgable, professional, etc. - and we really appreciated her so much, she was outstanding!!! We were just bowled over and VERY impressed overall - more importantly, we were so happy with the level of care, concern, and compassion we received! Danielle is the best!!!
