Management is highly rude. If you don’t want to be in that position in your career then. Don’t be. Lobby is always locked and never open . Need a better team. I’ve been in food for to long to believe that a manager deserves to be a rude person

I have ordered from this Wendy's three times, ordering the same Dave's single combo, yet I only receive these blank burgers. I was okay with it once but three times is ridiculous. I called and then got berated and hung up on by an employee who said it was my problem to deal with and that I ordered a bun rather than a burger I spent 15 dollars for. Absolutely stupid of them to think I would spend 15 for a bun.
