We had our convertible top replaced on our Chrysler crossfire. The glass came out within 18 months. It is under warranty per their contract. We keep our car in the garage so it is not the elements. They have not responded to my emails and now are not responding to calls. I do not understand why they will not honor their warranty. This seems like they would be able to get a new top from the manufacturer since the warranty is for 3 years. I was hoping not to have to leave a negative review. Maybe this will help to have someone address the issue.

I'm not sure on price, but they do excellent work, you will be satisfied, they make sure of it. If you speak with them, they will be upfront and honest with you, they were with me. I hope it works out for you because that's a good year model vehicle.
I would like to have "cracks in my dashboard" restored. Is this something you can do?
