Recall the big deal when it first opened in the late 1960's. Walked across it when closed to traffic during the 1971 "Walk for Mankind". Growing up in Jax, that was scary-high for us teens.

Is the Hart Bridge finally back open? ALL THE WAY ACROSS, IN BOTH DIRECTIONS? Gas is too dang expensive to keep taking short detours, that takes 45mins. I gave up months ago. Be nice to be able to use it again. Never saw anything on the news or anything, announcing the reopening.
