Over $900 worth of items lost by this company. I was a university student who got sent home abruptly during the start of pandemic and so I needed to move my items into storage when sent back home. Used this company due to the apparent good reviews but upon retrieving my items I had multiple things missing. When mentioned I was told I must provide a photo with date evidence showing these items in my dorm. How would this be possible when I was not allowed in my dorm for three months before finding out we would not be returning to campus. Due to “outdated” photos they said sorry nothing we can do. Had multiple other students experience same issues but luckily were able to make them cough up the money lost as they had entire TV sets stolen from their dorms which is a little harder for a company to brush off.

We honored our commitment and waived all pickup fees, normally $195 in this instance. We are sorry to hear your items were broken although we discussed with you that the boxes were packed for the purposes of storage and would require re-packing and further protection if they were to be sent via 3rd Party Shippers (FedEd/UPS/DHL). Unfortunately, this was declined and although we had no obligation to do so we provided you with a $75 Amazon care which was delivered to you within 24 hours of receiving packages.
