Thus place should be shut down. We've had so many misdeliveries from them. I wonder how much of my Mail goes elsewhere cause I got three other residents mail in my box Monday. When I've complained I've gotten no support locally nor with the Post Master. It's a shame.

Since this is where the delivery workers for Sugarmill Woods sort there mail, this location is a joke! The delivery drivers mess up everybody's mail on a daily basis. They throw away many of the inserts and coupons because they are too lazy to do some actual mail sorting work. The newest delivery lady who drives the new brown Jeep wrangler is incompetent. Just throws mail in whatever box she wants. Every Monday our mail goes to somebody else's box, just like today did. Still looking for it. USPS needs to go away and defunded.

This post office is pretty decent for a smaller town post office. They don't have the regular mail trucks you see in bigger towns they have just regular cars people seem to drive with US Post office mail logo magnet on the side of the vehicle. The inside of the post office has different size Post office boxes that are for people to rent. The staff there has been good so far I've been there with my woman a couple times.

They used to be good. Past few months we have had so many issues though that it ruins the good experiences. Our old mail carrier was the best... we really miss him. It wouldn't be so bad now, but some of the employees are the rudest, most condescending people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. All we ever want is to figure out where our packages are when they were delivered to the wrong address, or delivered to the correct address but not where the website, etc claims they are sitting. "Handed off directly" and we find it in the mailbox. "In the mailbox" and it's sitting on the porch. It can be frustrating for everyone involved when there is an issue, and I understand that. But we are the customers and also human beings... you don't have to speak to people like they are beneath you, or like they are unintelligent. It's bad business.
