It is unfortunate that your vehicle left you stranded today. However I've never had another dealership bend over backwards the way crystal has. Such a fantastic organization that truly believes in the best possible customer service. The only time my wife's car left her stranded was due to a coil pack going bad at 140k miles. The gave us a loaner vehicle to use while hers was in the shop. What more could you ask for. Talk to them about your problem, they are very reasonable and such a great asset to this community. Much more so than many will ever understand.
Here at Crystal we make sure all levels of safety and health are covered. We use mask, sanitized vehicles after being serviced and between each test drive and maintain a safe distance. We have sanitizer available in all of our show rooms as well.

I went on line. I got an immediate response with a quote. They followed up and when I got to the dealership the car was out front. The salesman met me at the door with keys in hand. The financing was quick and I was on my way within the hour.
