It is unfortunate that your vehicle left you stranded today. However I've never had another dealership bend over backwards the way crystal has. Such a fantastic organization that truly believes in the best possible customer service. The only time my wife's car left her stranded was due to a coil pack going bad at 140k miles. The gave us a loaner vehicle to use while hers was in the shop. What more could you ask for. Talk to them about your problem, they are very reasonable and such a great asset to this community. Much more so than many will ever understand.
Joanna a second look with someone else never hurts. Forte's Automotive in Homosassa is a great shop. At Crystal Chevrolet I always have Mel work on my vehicles. At Forte's either Steve or Danny. All three auto mechanics are excellent at their jobs. Good luck to you. About buying a vehicle from Chrystal Chevrolet do let them sell you a ride. I bought my SUV from them. Have used their shop for 21 plus years. They have serviced both my taxi, medically transportation vehicles and my personal vehicles. As have Forte's Automotive in Homosassa. Sarah is a specially nice she is a sales lady at Crystal Chevrolet. They have awesome deals they are super polite. Go there and tell them you want the best deal possible. Keep asking for less money on what you want to buy. You will definitely get the best deal with Crystal Chevrolet. If you don't give Lambs a call or a message and you will end up with the best deal possible :)
They're service people and department is second to none. The corrosion may have been to excessive charging from the alternator. Don't make a mistake and bail on Crystal Chevrolet. They are one of the few that really put the customer first. Just my observations.
I just picked up an almost 10k job. After I asked them they cleaned my car right, and did bend over backwards. Why do I have to go there. I’m not that kind of person and I don’t like to be rude or argue with people. I will give them another chance but I will be there every day. Hopefully there won’t be another time though. LoL
I only take my vehicles to Crysyal...never had an issue in over 9 years.
What has that have to do with your battery? Batteries corrode tires wear that's part of life on a car has nothing to do with Crystal Chevrolet that's part of just wear and tear on a vehicle
