Used Self Storage Plus while I was in between moves. I found their customer service to be great, the buildings were very secure and units were clean and well lit. I would definitely use them again.

When the storage changed owners about a year ago, the elevators could be down for repair for months at a time. Pretty hard to use 2nd floor storage without an elevator. Also, the floors are dustier than before. What really irrates me is my rental cost raised to $134.00 a month last winter and then 3 months later raised to $173.00 … AND the unit right next to ours is charged $143.00 to our $173.00.

Really sick of them constantly raising the prices. Now they've added an (unauthorized)insurance fee on top of the monthly storage fee. Our homeowners insurance covers storage contents. We don't need their additional fees. Very aggravating.

I have used Self Storage Plus for 2 years and I’ve had a positive experience. Today, I stopped in to let them know I was (finally) emptying the unit and their new GM, this angel of a human named Samantha, offered to help me move out (because she saw me struggling). Part of me wants to keep my junk there just to have a reason to be around her. She’s an absolute gem and I recommend you choose SSP for the chance you’ll get to meet her. Thank you SSP and SAMANTHA!!
