Tried to sign up via the web and the process crashed halfway thru, so I called the phone number in the error message. Mariah took my call and was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Kudos Mariah! The facility seems clean and well maintained and my move in went well. My only suggestion would be to post a map of where the units are, cuz I was there while the office was closed and the numbering scheme isn't very intuitive. Overall a very good experience though.

Venjo was such a huge help getting us set up with a storage unit with a quick turnaround time. He took the time to walk us through the property to show us the different size units. He explained everything clearly and was very personable. The property was very well maintained. More businesses need employees like Venjo!
